Active Flora Duo is a combination of active, live microorganisms and is used to maintain and restore the amount of intestinal microflora in the digestive tract.

Saccharomyces boulardii (S. boulardii) is a live yeast widely used to maintain intestinal flora, whose beneficial effects have been confirmed by clinical studies.

Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG and S. boulardii are recommended by the World Gastroenterology Organization’s Global Guidelines for children and adults.

Inulin belongs to a category of carbohydrates known as fructans. Adding inulin to active, live microorganisms improves their survival and inclusion in the intestinal flora; inulin selectively stimulates the growth or activates the catabolism of one or more groups of bacteria that promote health. The active and live microorganisms contained in the preparation improve the microbiological balance of the digestive tract.
